About the Apprenticeship Program

We are looking for motivated graduates who are eager to gain practical corporate experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, and Hiring Support.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to real hiring mandates, stakeholder coordination, candidate assessment, recruitment workflows, and business communication. Apprentices will work closely with leadership and gain practical experience across various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while supporting ongoing client hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with recruitment referral partners and support ongoing hiring activities.

  • Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing referral partner relationships.

  • Share hiring requirements and support recruitment coordination activities.

  • Review and validate candidate profiles against hiring requirements.

  • Conduct candidate screening and alignment discussions.

  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback collection, and hiring updates.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and operational documentation

  • Support candidate sourcing activities through professional networks and available recruitment channels.

  • Assist with hiring operations across multiple industries and functional domains.

  • Learn recruitment workflows, stakeholder communication, hiring processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
