About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs while aligning with long-term business goals.
Talent Acquisition Specialists manages full-cycle recruiting, including identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The TA Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.

What we need from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Responsibilities: Sourcing and Pipeline Building: find and engage active and passive candidates through channels like job boards, social media, networking events and Boolean searches.
- Recruitment: Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone or video interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Formally present qualified candidates to hiring manager and hiring team. Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department managers to fully understand hiring needs, outline role requirements, and guide them through structured interviewing process.
- Data Tracking: Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage requisitions, track hiring metrics and ensure compliance with EEOC and employment laws.
- Offer Negotiation: Present job offers, negotiate salaries, present benefit offerings and close candidates

Key Skills:
- 2-4 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition trends, and relevant employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking systems and sourcing platforms like Linked In Recruiter
