WWT NL, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter who will be based in our European Integration Centre (EIC) to mainly support our supply chain area of the business based in Schiphol, NL. This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
- Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Coordinates and conducts new hire onboarding.
- Recruits for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable
- Understands company’s policies and benefits.
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
- Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc
- Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
- Develops a network of business and candidate contacts
