About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition - Recruiter to join Korea TA team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end hiring across functions, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies, stakeholder partnership, and hiring process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles and positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and success profiles
  • Drive efficient hiring processes from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
2. Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and global TA teams to align on hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to standardize processes and share best practices
  • Provide market intelligence including talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights
3. Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Proactively engage passive candidates through strategic sourcing approaches
  • Develop long-term talent pools aligned with business growth needs
4. Data-Driven Recruiting Strategy
  • Analyze hiring data including source effectiveness, retention, and performance
  • Develop and refine sourcing strategies based on data insights
  • Identify high-impact talent segments and optimize hiring focus
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
  • Strengthen Applied value proposition through candidate interactions and hiring touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging to attract engineering talent
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR fields
  • Proven experience hiring for technical/engineering roles
  • Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Experience in ramp-up or high-volume hiring environments
