Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to facilitate the recruiting efforts of the recruiting team for all candidates. The incumbent provides support for day-to-day recruitment efforts and strategic initiatives.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Talent Acquisition leadership team with managing relationships with third party job posting and marketing vendors and advise on best use for effective applicant flow and ROI
- Assist with adding paid job posting advertisements to third party job boards
- Assist with managing large scale in-person and virtual recruiting events (i.e. job fairs, information sessions)
- Research and recommend new avenues to attract candidates
- Research market trends, competitor landscape, and recommend changes to maintain competitive recruitment strategies
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness to maximize results and make data-driven adjustments and recommendations in order to achieve results and maximize ROI
- Coach hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies
- Communicate regularly with department leaders and key business partners to build relationships across the organization
- Participate in departmental staffing meetings and share data on recruitment marketing initiatives. Regularly report on external paid job posting activity, tactics, strategy, shortcomings and successes. Provide information to help hiring managers and influence workforce planning decisions.
- Support corporate branding and Talent Branding initiatives
- Support for other Talent Acquisition initiatives or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field and 6 months-1 year of relevant experience; or 2-3 years combined relevant education, experience and training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 2-3 years of experience, education, and training. Ability to act professionally

- Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Experience coordinating events and managing logistics

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
