Position Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager (TA Manager) is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies while managing talent acquisition projects and implementation initiatives across assigned programs or lines of business (LOBs). This role combines strategic recruiting oversight with program management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of hiring goals, process improvements, and client or internal implementations.
The ideal candidate will balance operational excellence with strategic foresight—driving initiatives, managing timelines, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring seamless coordination between Talent Acquisition, Operations, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee hiring delivery across assigned programs, ensuring all positions are filled within SLA and aligned with workforce planning goals.
Partner with Hiring Managers and functional leads to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring requirements, and design recruitment strategies.
Monitor hiring performance metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, retention) and deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Manage and execute talent acquisition projects including new client or program launches, recruiting technology rollouts, and process improvements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; identify potential challenges early and recommend actionable solutions.
Facilitate regular meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive reviews to measure outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, platforms, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Standardize and document TA-related processes across lines of business (LOBs) to ensure scalability and consistency.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and Operations to test and deploy recruitment system enhancements or integrations.
Act as a strategic partner for business leaders and clients, providing updates on hiring progress, project status, and workforce risks.

Qualifications/Experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or project management capacity.
Proven experience managing recruitment for large-scale hiring and new client implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
