- Partner with our recruiters, plant locations, supervisors, HR, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development to elevate our offerings to the unique needs of veterans and military personnel.
- Create a nationwide resource group for our veterans and military personnel.

- Manage critical requisitions where prior military experience would be preferred.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Some combination of full-cycle recruiting experience (4+), military service (2+) and years launching a corporate program (1+).
- In-depth knowledge of military culture, experience working with veterans, or personal military service.
- Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to veteran employment and benefits.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the workplace.
