The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible to identify, attract and hire candidates for the GTM, Operations and Corp roles; through the search, interviews and evaluation of candidates that strengthen our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own the full recruitment life cycle end-to-end; including sourcing strategy design, candidate screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding coordination, ensuring a high-quality experience at every stage.
Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies, defining role requirements, and influencing decisions on candidate selection and team structure.
Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals, and direct outreach) to build robust talent pipelines, with a strong focus on passive candidate engagement and employer brand positioning.
Lead structured competency-based and behavioral interviews, calibrate assessment criteria with interview panels, and provide data-driven hiring recommendations that align with both technical requirements and cultural fit.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within high-growth, technology-driven organizations, with a proven track record of hiring for mid-to-senior and specialist roles across multiple functions and geographies.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies across digital channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive intelligence), with the ability to engage and convert high-caliber passive talent.
Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner to senior hiring managers and cross-functional leaders, driving alignment on hiring criteria, managing expectations, and delivering a consistently high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
