About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at If, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. You work in close collaboration with hiring leaders and the Baltic HR team.
You join the Tech & Specialist TA team, 10 TA Partners across the Nordics and Baltics and a broader TA community of 25+ professionals. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are central to how we work.
What are you going to do?
Lead full‑cycle recruitment in close collaboration with hiring leaders
Drive both advertised recruitments and proactive search activities
Act as a trusted advisor to guide leaders toward informed and sustainable hiring decisions
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience

Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including proactive search/headhunting
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
Experience in employer branding and talent attraction
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field
Strong Estonian and English skills to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries
Analytical skills and confidence using data to optimize recruitment
