About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at If, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. You work in close collaboration with hiring leaders and the Baltic HR team.

You join the Tech & Specialist TA team, 10 TA Partners across the Nordics and Baltics and a broader TA community of 25+ professionals. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are central to how we work.

What are you going to do?

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment in close collaboration with hiring leaders

• Drive both advertised recruitments and proactive search activities

• Act as a trusted advisor to guide leaders toward informed and sustainable hiring decisions

• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience

• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including proactive search/headhunting

• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions

• Experience in employer branding and talent attraction

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field

• Strong Estonian and English skills to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries

• Analytical skills and confidence using data to optimize recruitment
