Roles and Responsibilities
- Individuals responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements and specifications.
- Conduct job analysis to determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position.
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
- Proactively source candidates through online job postings, networking events, job fairs, and recruitment agencies. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining transparency throughout the hiring process. Develop strategies to engage candidates and enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Implement Best Practices and Process Improvements: Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve and improve the talent acquisition function.
- Support Employer Branding: Partner with internal teams to promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing, social media, and other channels. Support the development of content and messaging that highlights the organization as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
- Provide necessary information and support to new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tools that streamline recruitment processes.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights and strategies clearly to senior leaders and the recruitment team.
- Familiarity with local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment practices comply with all legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. MBA (HR) is a preference.
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment preferably in Engineering Hiring on System Engineering, Design Engineering, Industrial Automation domains across various levels of experience.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Skilled in utilizing both traditional and creative sourcing methods—such as networking, headhunting, market research, and social media—to generate diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferrably Workday
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing candidate pipelines and talent pools, including talent mapping and proactive headhunting for passive and niche talent.

- This role requires significant experience in the Human Resources & Sourcing and Recruiting. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
