Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business
The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid
This role is contributing to the Talent Acquisition function supporting the business in the assigned region. Main stakeholders include hiring managers, business leaders, and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.
- Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.
- Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.
- Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, supporting end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Basic experience partnering with the business to understand hiring needs, follow sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (CRM) and sourcing tools, with the ability to accurately manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
- Foundational knowledge of sourcing techniques and labor market trends, with the ability to provide updates on talent market conditions and position availability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and collaborate effectively with business and HR teams.
- Experience supporting recruitment initiatives, employer branding, or talent attraction programs, including participation in process improvements or special projects. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
