Your responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across the KL IT Hub and Nilai Manufacturing Plant.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles. 
  • Source candidates through direct and indirect channels. 
  • Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines. 
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with TA policies and systems. 
  • Provide reporting and insights to TA Manager. 
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience in IT, Engineering and Manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Experience in Recruitment delivery
  • Knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and offer processes 
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems 
  • Degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Organised and able to manage multiple requisitions
