Your responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across the KL IT Hub and Nilai Manufacturing Plant.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Source candidates through direct and indirect channels.
- Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
- Ensure compliance with TA policies and systems.
- Provide reporting and insights to TA Manager.
Requirements for the role:- Experience in IT, Engineering and Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Experience in Recruitment delivery
- Knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and offer processes
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems
- Degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple requisitions
