As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you won’t just be filling positions; you’ll be driving the future of our company. Your mission is to find the best Technicians for our Partner Companies in the Southeast Region. You'll be more than a recruiter – you'll be an advocate for our amazing company culture, sharing why Cobalt Service Partners is the place to be.
What You’ll Do
- Lead High-Volume Recruiting for blue-collar technician roles.
- Own the Process: Manage every stage of recruitment for a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Innovate & Attract: Create sourcing strategies that reach diverse, skilled talent pools.
- Advertise & Engage: Craft compelling job postings and campaigns to maximize reach.
- Screen & Select: Identify top candidates and guide them through the process.
- Coordinate & Support: Schedule interviews and assist with offers and negotiations.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and best practices.
- Adapt & Excel: Be ready to travel occasionally and take on new challenges.
