Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Effective in managing multiple stakeholders across various levels to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust recruitment plans as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in an HR related field or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation/Engineering being an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit during candidate evaluations
• Your role is pivotal across all our regional & global talent acquisition efforts
• Able to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alike
• Effectively manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines
