Job Purpose/Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in enhancing Mars Global Services' recruitment capabilities. This position is essential for driving the internal and external hiring processes, providing expert recruitment support to Line Managers, P&O Partners, and candidates across all Mars segments. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the market dynamics, leveraging insights to partner effectively with Line Managers to secure top-tier talent. This role involves building diverse talent pipelines, attracting and assessing both internal and external candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Identify recruitment needs and determine selection criteria to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Research and Analysis: Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends, providing insights for strategic decision-making. • Problem Solving: Analyze specific recruitment challenges to devise effective solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. • External Partnerships: Manage relationships with key external providers and agencies, ensuring they embody Mars values and enhance Mars' employer reputation. • Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain an external talent pipeline, proactively sourcing high-quality candidates and fostering relationships for future opportunities. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. • Best Practices: Stay informed about external recruitment best practices, developing creative and alternative sources of talent. • Contribute to special Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with overall TA strategy and business goals
Job Specifications/Qualifications Education & Professional Qualifications
• Master’s or equivalent degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge / Experience
• 4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with HRIS(Mars uses Workday)
