In this role, you won’t just fill positions, you’ll embed yourself with our teams, influence hiring strategies, and play a key role in how our company evolves.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with our Development, Art, and Creative leads to support hiring plans and contribute to recruitment strategies.
Your focus will include:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand team goals and hiring needs.
Sourcing and engaging talent across areas like Unity, Unreal, AI, Data Science, and Computer Graphics.
Writing clear, compelling, and authentic job descriptions.
Sharing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive activity.
Building networks and relationships in spaces like GitHub, ArtStation, LinkedIn, meetups, and online communities.
Supporting internships and events with vocational schools (MBO), universities of applied sciences (HBO), and universities.
Managing full-cycle recruitment through our ATS (Ashby), ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
2 plus years of recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to technical or creative roles.
A consultative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring leads.
Full fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Any network or experience in domains like real-time 3D (Unity/Unreal), computer graphics, AI, or Data Science is a bonus—but not required.
Tools & approach:
You’ll have the chance to grow into different tools and platforms:
ATS: Ashby experience is nice, but any ATS knowledge is fine.
Sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, ArtStation, forums, academic channels, and niche platforms. We encourage new ideas!
Collaboration: Work alongside hiring managers, technical leads, and internal teams to support recruitment.
