What you will do
We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team as a contractor or 3-month FTC. The primary focus will be on hiring technical talent for our new India team.
You will:
- Conduct a high volume of candidate screening calls each day
- Review applications
- Share market insights with the team to refine our approach
What you need to be successful
- Proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles, and ideally other technical roles e.g. ML Ops, Product Design
- Experience hiring for India market would be a big plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a tech scale-up
- Strong communication skills
