We are seeking Passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support the recruitment needs for our Engineering and Product departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent in engineering and technical roles, strong sourcing skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
What will you actually be doing?
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, references check and offer negotiation.
- Source, identify, and engage with top engineering and product talent via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and Walkme’s values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions, and provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
What should you bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
