What You'll Do
As a trusted recruiting partner, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to help business leaders make informed hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
- Represent Teledyne Brown Engineering at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment.

- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years relevant experience
