Love recruiting, building relationships, and finding the right person for a hard-to-fill role?

Raymond Storage Concepts is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations team in Cincinnati!

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the recruiting process from start to finish, partnering directly with hiring managers and leaders, and finding creative ways to attract great talent.

And you definitely will not be recruiting for the same type of position every day.

Our team supports a wide variety of hiring needs across the organization, including skilled trades, operations, sales, corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions. One day you may be sourcing for a Forklift Service Technician, and the next you could be partnering with leadership on a specialized corporate or leadership search.

If you enjoy variety, building relationships, solving recruiting challenges, and having the opportunity to make an impact on a growing organization, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting while building strong partnerships across the organization. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening through offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding transitions.

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their teams, hiring needs, and what success looks like in each position.

  • Recruit across a wide variety of roles, including skilled trades, operations, sales, corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.

  • Get creative with sourcing! Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, professional organizations, social media, and other resources to find both active and passive candidates.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process while creating a positive candidate experience.

  • Provide hiring managers with recruiting guidance, labor market insights, candidate feedback, and regular updates.

  • Represent Raymond Storage Concepts at job fairs, school visits, hiring events, and community outreach activities.

  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, and community partners.

  • Use recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and market information to identify opportunities and improve our recruiting strategies.

  • Help improve recruiting processes, interview tools, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience.

  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and compliant candidate evaluation.

  • Partner across People Operations, Operations, Safety, Administration, Sales, and other teams to help new hires successfully join the organization.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who knows how to recruit, but just as importantly, knows how to partner with people.

You may be a great fit if you are someone who is curious, organized, resourceful, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and willing to dig in when a position is difficult to fill.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer management, and pre-employment coordination.

  • Experience managing multiple open positions across different job functions and organizational levels.

  • Proven experience sourcing for hard-to-fill, specialized, or niche positions.

  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws, compliant interviewing practices, and EEO principles.

  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms.

  • Valid driver's license with the ability to occasionally travel to our branch locations in Columbus, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky.

Even Better If You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, skilled trades, or B2B organizations.

  • Experience coaching hiring managers on interviewing and recruiting best practices.

  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience, including Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Experience working in ADP.

  • An interest in continuing to grow your career in Talent Acquisition.

What Will Help You Be Successful

We think someone will thrive in this role if they are great at:

Building Relationships
You know recruiting is about people. You build trust with candidates, hiring managers, leaders, and external partners.

Getting Things Done
You can manage multiple searches and competing priorities while staying organized, responsive, and accountable.

Finding a Way
A difficult-to-fill position does not stop you. You are willing to try new sourcing strategies, ask questions, research the market, and keep looking for solutions.

Creating a Great Candidate Experience
You communicate clearly, follow through, and understand that every interaction with a candidate represents our organization.

Using Data and Market Insights
You are interested in understanding what the numbers and the market are telling us and using that information to improve recruiting decisions.

Working as a Team
You enjoy collaborating with others and understand that successful recruiting requires strong partnerships across the business.
