Your role at a glance
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic hiring partner responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across the GID business through a highly organised, data-led, and high-performing talent acquisition function. Working as part of a collaborative global team, the role combines deep market knowledge, direct sourcing expertise, and strong stakeholder partnership to attract and secure top talent across multiple functions and levels of seniority.This role is focused on building strong talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, targeted direct sourcing, and effective management of inbound talent, ensuring the best candidates are identified from both active and passive markets. The Talent Acquisition Partner partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insight, advise on hiring strategy, and drive a consistent, high-quality recruitment process from brief to offer.
Success in this role requires strong organisation, pace, and commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering quality over volume, reducing dependency on external agencies, improving time to hire, and creating an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. As part of a high-performing TA team, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in enabling business growth, strengthening talent capability, and supporting long-term organisational success.
What we are looking for

- Manage and hire 40+ placements per year.

Participate in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.
Engage with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
Source and identify qualified candidates in the marketplace for current and future job openings.
Work on strategic projects such as the development of competency-based interview guides which are mapped to the competencies mapped to current jobs.
Collate sources of information regarding candidates, including information from employment checks, psychometric assessments and discuss it with the hiring manager to facilitate an appropriate hiring decision.
Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.

Strong ability to proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure the right match for the organisation.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, team members and to craft job adverts ensuring good quality adverts are posted to external sites.
Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
Utilises talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to adjust and adapt talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
Works collaboratively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and recruitment needs.
