Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.\

The TA Partner plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to offer management — while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope, which includes sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.​

  • Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the assigned positions and ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire with a strong focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience.​

  • Work closely with People & Culture & and TA Partners, stakeholders, talent management, communication, and procurement to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations.

  • Closely monitor key SLAs/KPIs of TA service delivery. Establish trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and key collaborators to ensure talent acquisition remains a key focus area in strategic planning.​

  • Support in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant to the hub, in collaboration with Lead Talent Acquisition and hub employer branding team.​

  • You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics.​

  • Work closely with hiring managers, and colleagues to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience.​

  • Maintain data compliance across TA systems and tools (Workday, Job boards, social media etc).​

  • Gather, report, analyze and create key metrics for talent acquisition to measure recruitment performance

  • Use data and statistical analysis to gain insights into recruitment trends, patterns, and correlations

  • Ensure strict adherence to data integrity through robust tracking mechanisms, clear accountability frameworks and operational discipline across all processes and deliverables.

  • Maintain Compliance discipline in the HUB by implementing rigorous monitoring, accountability structures and comprehensive audit-ready documentation to uphold organizational standards.

  • Provide analytical support to Talent Services Hub Lead to drive efficiencies

About you  
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

Experience

  • Experience of 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Pharma manufacturing & commercial

  • TA experience of working in a South East Asia Market – Singapore or Malaysia

  • Exceptional communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies like Workday would be preferred
