Role overview:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help us scale our Sales & Advertising department.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top commercial talent within the CTV, AdTech, and Digital Advertising ecosystem. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with leadership to build strong, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and has a strong passion for commercial and advertising talent markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Advertising roles across Commercial, Business Development, and AdTech/CTV functions, ensuring strong alignment with business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent, including passive candidates, using advanced headhunting techniques across digital advertising, media, and connected TV ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive efficient, high-quality hiring delivery, managing multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong quality-of-hire outcomes.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience hiring Sales, Advertising, Commercial, or Business Development profiles within the CTV, Media, or Digital Advertising industries is a must.
  • Solid experience in sourcing and headhunting passive talent through a variety of channels and techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Business mindset and results-driven approach
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
