Talent Acquisition Partner – Onsite in Pamplona, Spain

Array Technologies is a U.S.-based global leader in renewable energy technology. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team onsite in Pamplona, Spain. This role will support recruiting efforts across both the LATAM and EMEA regions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a broad range of functions.

The ideal candidate brings strong international recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is strongly preferred, as this role will collaborate regularly with leaders and stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent across EMEA and LATAM.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring plans.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles.

  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, social media, industry events, and other innovative recruiting channels.

  • Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and talent assessments to identify highly qualified candidates.

  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers regarding talent market trends, compensation expectations, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process while serving as a strong ambassador of the Array employer brand.

  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders to support workforce planning and recruiting initiatives.

  • Maintain recruiting data integrity and provide regular reporting and hiring metrics.

  • Partner with the global HR team to ensure compliance with local employment laws and recruiting practices across supported countries.

  • Support employer branding, university relations, talent community development, and internship programs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate functions.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries within EMEA and/or LATAM.

  • Fluent verbal and written English is required.

  • Fluent verbal and written Spanish is required.

  • Experience working for or supporting a U.S.-based company strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment regulations, and talent acquisition processes.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting global organizations in a matrixed environment.

  • Renewable energy, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology industry recruiting experience.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders.

  • Experience supporting employer branding, talent community development, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with behavioral assessments and talent evaluation tools.

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
