We are looking for our new Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner for Manufacturing across Continental Europe (CE), where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This is a CE role, and your main office in one of our locations in The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities: You apply recruiting subject matter expertise to drive operational excellence in talent engagement, attraction and assessment and ensure McCain is represented as an employer of choice throughout our hiring process. You forge dynamic and successful relationships with functional leaders at Continental Europe and use data to set hiring strategies. You are a customer focused TA Partner with a passion for bringing out the best in people. You take ownership to keep a solid cadence in ongoing recruitments, to proactively build external pipelines and to ensure solid partnerships with external organizations and networks, including schools and universities. You think creatively and 'big' to attract the best new talents in a challenging labor market.

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with McCain's talent needs and business objectives. This involves identifying effective sourcing channels, defining target candidate profiles, and staying abreast of industry trends.


  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.


  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial assessments to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit for McCain's culture and roles. This includes conducting phone screenings, skills assessments, and initial interviews.


  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Provide logistical support and ensure a smooth and efficient interview experience for all parties involved.


  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, provide feedback when necessary, and address any questions or concerns they may have.


  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, clarify job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.


  • Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting McCain's employer brand and culture to attract top talent. Showcase the company's values, mission, and unique selling points to prospective candidates through various communication channels.


Qualifications:

  • You have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally in an international, complex environment.
  • You have strong skills in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, inclusive expertise in using various recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors), job boards, social media.
  • You have excellent interpersonal expertise in writing and verbal communication. Strong networking skills.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • You are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have a thorough understanding and executing of employer branding principles and strategies.
  • You can think out of the box and find solutions that drive results, also when facing adversity or delays.
  • You are a self-starter taking ownership of goals and objectives.
  • You are proficient in English (written and spoken), and one of the following languages: French, Dutch or German.
