    Based in our Barcelona hub, you will be a key player within our distributed HR team, driving recruitment activities across our international markets.

    Acting as a true business partner, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of scopes : Tech, Support functions, and Sales roles.

    Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner closely with global hiring managers and HRBPs. Your mission is to build high-impact sourcing strategies, uphold top quality standards, and deliver a seamless candidate experience within our fast-paced, matrix environment. As a key driver of our recruitment excellence, you will shape the future of our business by recruiting the top talent of tomorrow.

🎯 TASKS

    In order to carry out this mission, the main activities for which the position is responsible include:

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to successful closing—for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across our international markets.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers, transforming their complex business needs into highly effective, targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Innovative Sourcing: Design out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to engage top-tier international talent, leveraging modern platforms and integrating AI practices into your daily sourcing routines to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver a flawless, highly personalized, and caring candidate journey from the very first contact to a smooth onboarding.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage ATS insights, market data, and recruitment KPIs to optimize your strategies, manage pipelines efficiently, and provide high-value reporting to the business.

  • Transversal Projects & Continuous Improvement: Drive global TA initiatives and process optimization. In our pursuit of recruitment excellence, you will integrate AI as a daily facilitator to boost your efficiency, giving you more time to focus on strategic business partnering and candidate care.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

    Required for the position:

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining the fast-paced sourcing agility of an agency with the strategic business partnering of an in-house role. A strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets is essential.

  • Market Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale, with a mastery of direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.

  • Tech & Data Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and a genuine passion for data-driven recruitment and applying AI practices to enhance your workflow.

  • Matrix Agility: You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and are completely comfortable managing cross-border recruitment pipelines.

  • Mindset & Soft Skills: Proactive, highly adaptable, and armed with a collaborative team-player spirit and excellent communication skills.

  • Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly mandatory for daily collaboration with our international stakeholders.

The purpose of this position is to act as a primary recruitment engine and market expert, securing top talent for critical Tech and Support roles not just locally, but across our 10 European countries. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in driving our international hiring efforts, contributing to global employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment excellence at a European level.

Skills Required
