As the Talent Partner, you will proactively source, attract and engage exceptional talent for Veeam across Japan and the APJ Region for the Sales, Marketing & Operation teams. Partnering closely with our senior leadership team, you will build trusted partnerships and provide exceptional recruitment advice primarily across our sales business units, ensuring alignment with our business goals and ambitions now and into the future.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including; maintaining our ATS, writing job ads, interview scheduling, interviewing, sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through our recruitment process, reference checking, offer approval and contract generation. You will ensure candidate and customer-focused recruitment service delivery excellence across the entire hiring cycle, applying exceptional process and project management to enable effective and cost-efficient recruitment service. Acting as an advocate of our company values, you'll help articulate Veeam's employer brand, positioning us as a great place to work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Apply your knowledge and experience to recruit for Sales roles with ownership of end-to-end recruitment
- Screen candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation
- Working with Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies
- Produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment – we don’t always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed
- Work independently and autonomously while partnering with internal HR Team
- Use data in all you do – an excellent storyteller who can inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy
Experience
- 4+ years of corporate (in-house) technical end to end recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders to drive deliverables for the recruitment team
- ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring, and managing candidates (Greenhouse preferred)
- Knowledge with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Boolean search expertise, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills in Japanese & English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree is required, or at least 4 years of experience working in recruitment
- The ability to leverage various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent (including social and professional networks), as well as build, manage and maintain talent pools.
