The main purpose of the role is to own, manage and successfully deliver low to mid-level hiring across one or more business units in a single geographical region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned low to mid-level job requisitions across one or more business units in a single geographical region, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and consulting on talent strategies. Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, direct sourcing and networking.
- Identify and, with direction, lead initiatives to improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-fill.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports to help guide decision-making.
- Pro-actively contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice and leveraging social media channels.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Key requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in one of the languages - Italian, French, German
- Min. 4 years of related Talent Acquisition experience.
- Specific experience of recruiting in one or more business unit or functional areas.
- Experience of recruiting in multiple countries in a single geographical region.
- Proven experience with managing large stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, collaboration and innovation skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Workday experience (plus).
