JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner – Hygiene is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for dental hygienist positions across the organization. This role partners closely with operational leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and hire high-quality hygiene professionals. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth and staffing objectives.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for dental hygienist positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and maintain proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified hygiene candidates.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Operations Leaders, and Practice Managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting plans.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Attend career fairs, dental hygiene school events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and build candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the dental industry.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations teams to support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists, as needed, with the management of company social media accounts
  • Constantly seeks new and innovative ways to improve sourcing process
  • Partners with the recruiting leadership team on projects as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a business or human resources emphasis and 2 years of dental hygiene recruiting experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in the Healthcare/Dental industry; dental preferred
  • Experience partnering with dental schools
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with external source development, lifecycle recruitment management, use of social media applications, and excellent screening capabilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to communicate and influence dentists and hiring mangers
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills; proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
