We're Growing Our Talent Acquisition Team
This is a newly added position created to expand the capacity of our Talent Acquisition team. We are hiring two additional Talent Acquisition Partners to support the continued growth of Logan Health and the increasing demand for recruiting support across our organization.
At Logan Health, recruiting is more than filling open positions. It's about connecting talented people with meaningful work and building the teams that care for our communities.
As our organization grows, so does the need for a strong, responsive Talent Acquisition team. We're investing in additional recruiting capacity so our team can better support hiring leaders, strengthen talent pipelines, improve the candidate experience and proactively recruit for the positions our communities need.
We're looking for two Talent Acquisition Partners who are energized by recruiting, relationship-building, problem-solving and finding creative ways to connect great people with meaningful careers.
If you enjoy the challenge of a hard-to-fill position, know how to engage candidates who aren't actively looking, and want to be a true partner to hiring leaders—not simply a requisition processor—we'd love to meet you.

Our Mission: Quality, compassionate care for all.

Our Vision: Reimagine health care through connection, service and innovation.

Our Core Values: Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders throughout Logan Health.

You'll:

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define recruiting strategies and build effective hiring plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and transition to onboarding.
  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates using creative and proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Develop pipelines for high-demand, specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional, responsive candidate experience.
  • Consult with leaders on recruiting trends, candidate availability, compensation considerations and market conditions.
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate results, identify challenges and adjust strategy.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs, community events, networking opportunities and other talent pipeline activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing and operational leaders to create a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas that improve Talent Acquisition processes, technology and overall team effectiveness.
  • Support organizational workforce initiatives and special recruiting projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a recruiter who is both relationship-driven and results-oriented—someone who can build trust with a hiring leader, connect with a candidate and independently develop a strategy to fill a difficult position.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred

  • Healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system.
  • Experience using recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience developing recruitment campaigns or talent attraction strategies.
  • Experience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of an organization.

What Will Make You Successful

You don't have to know healthcare recruiting on day one.

You do need to be curious, resourceful and willing to learn.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Think like a recruiter.
You don't wait for candidates to find you. You know how to identify, engage and build relationships with talent.

Think like a consultant.
You help hiring leaders understand the market and develop realistic strategies to attract the people they need.

Think like a candidate.
You understand that every interaction shapes someone's perception of Logan Health.

Think like a problem solver.
When the traditional approach isn't working, you try something different.

Think like a teammate.
You share ideas, celebrate wins and help make the entire Talent Acquisition team stronger.

Why Join Our Team?

This is an opportunity to join a growing Talent Acquisition team at a time of significant investment and expansion.

These two positions are additional positions—not replacements. We're increasing our recruiting capacity so our Talent Acquisition team can better meet the needs of a growing healthcare system and provide more strategic support to our leaders and candidates.

You'll join a team that is expanding its capabilities in:

  • Proactive sourcing and talent pipelines
  • Hard-to-fill recruiting
  • Recruitment marketing and talent attraction
  • Candidate experience
  • Recruiting analytics and strategy
  • Community and workforce partnerships
  • Process and technology improvements

Your work will help us reach more candidates, build stronger talent pipelines and better support the leaders and teams who serve our communities.

If you're ready to be part of a growing Talent Acquisition team and help shape how Logan Health attracts and hires great people, we want to hear from you.
