About the Team

Workday is growing and exponentially in India, specifically in Pune! We are expanding our existing office in Pune that will support our Technology, GTM and G&A growth hiring.
We are adding to our exceptional team of Sr Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to support this expansion in Pune. We're super excited about what's ahead!

About the Role

TA Partners at Workday are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent. We recruit to a very high level and standard. If you see yourself as one of the best Technology, GTM, and G&A recruiters in India, then we want to hear from you. These roles will be based in Pune in our new Workday offices.

Selection - Partnering with a fully invested leadership team, we have implemented skills based hiring for all roles with objective, structured and standardized selection programs. Coupled with a focus on quality candidate and prospect relationship management, we mitigate hiring risks while providing an exemplary interview experience for candidates and interviewers alike.

Resources - You'll be using the World's leading HCM and Recruiting platform, the full LinkedIn Talent suite, fully funded recruitment marketing campaigns and a highly engaged leadership team are all available to you. There's nothing better than having all the resources you need to perform at your best.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical, GTM, G&A & BT recruiting for Product & Technology organizations like Workday in India

Other Qualifications:

• Experienced at multiple hiring approaches; pool based hiring and bulk hiring for product organizations

• Exceptional candidate management, screening and closing skills

• Proven experience is sourcing candidates

• You have great energy and take a proactive and highly organized approach

• You hold yourself and your workmates to a high set of standards.

• Your vibe is not about doing "just enough", it's about doing the very best you can do every day.

• You are comfortable being a champion and ambassador of the Workday values at every possible opportunity (make sure you check out our values)
