Role Overview:
Huntsman Corporation’s Talent Acquisition team for EMEA region is searching for an Talent Acquisition Partner to join us formed GBS hub in Krakow. The Global Talent Acquisition team is Huntsman’s Centre of Excellence, supporting recruiting needs across all company divisions and geographies. This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, providing support for French-speaking recruitment activities across the region, with the main focus on Switzerland.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner with French, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across multiple locations
- Building candidate pipeline through direct search and indirect channels
- Coaching and influencing hiring managers, supporting hiring decisions
- Partnering with key stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for problem solving and consulting
- Creating impact through collaborating on assigned projects aligned with strategic global pillars across Employer Branding, process improvement & Technology
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for candidates with great attention to detail and track record of successful recruitments.
What we are looking for:
- Holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience with recruiting end-to-end is a must. Exposure to the Europe region would be nice to have, and experience with technical, chemical and manufacturing roles will be a great advantage.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of HR principles, organizational behavior, and business processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent command of French & English (C1/C2)
- Flexibility in dynamic environments: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, organizational structures, and market conditions while maintaining focus on objectives.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to pursue certifications or advanced courses in HR or business disciplines.
