Axolabs specialises in a new class of drugs whose active ingredients are chemically derived from DNA or RNA. They are called oligonucleotide or nucleic acid therapeutics. We use our many years of expertise to help our clients make them a success. Some of these drugs have already been approved and are being used successfully against diseases that were previously untreatable in some cases. New drugs from this class are added every year.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World'. You'll be supporting a range of functions within Axolabs at our brand new manufacturing facility in Berlin, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches.
  • Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
  • Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

What You Bring: 

  • Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
  • Sequential and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
  • Fluent in German and English
