Sportradar has entered an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute against our hiring plans and expansion of our Delivery & Operations and Technology & AI Divisions.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Become the trusted TA Partner for our Delivery & Operations and Technology & AI Divisions (split among multiple locations)
  • Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadership
  • Hands on delivery-focused hiring across Engineering & Product 
  • Take ownership of the full life-cycle hiring process
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Implement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainings 
  • Build a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globally
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within tech-focused Engineering and Product roles
  • A proactive problem-solver who confidently tackles challenges with a creative and flexible mindset, stepping beyond the comfort zone when needed
  • A self-motivated, high-energy professional who consistently meets and exceeds performance expectations
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Awareness and appreciation for diversity, contributing positively to the team's strength by leveraging multinational perspectives
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment settings, with the flexibility to handle multiple time zones and cross-functional needs

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
