Keeper is hiring a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions globally, including EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple regions and departments, while also supporting NorAM hiring needs as required.  Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work alongside our Global People and Talent Acquisition teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, reviewing applicants, attracting, and hiring top talent across EMEA, APAC, ANZ and other regions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand regional hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, facilitate the entire recruitment process, and ensure a consistent and locally relevant candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has experience working for a global organization, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry, and has previously recruited across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and requirements, with a focus on mid-level professional roles across sales, technology, marketing, customer success, and other departments
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple regions including but not limited to EMEA, APAC, and ANZ, while providing support for NorAM hiring as needed
  • Develop and execute regionally appropriate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, local recruitment channels, internal databases, and other resources
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews across multiple time zones to assess candidate qualifications and determine alignment with the role and organization
  • Launch assessments, monitor progress, and manage associated communications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders across global time zones
  • Facilitate the selection process, including conducting interviews, providing real-time status updates, and coordinating interview scheduling
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, regional talent markets, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to initiate the new hire onboarding process and support regionally appropriate candidate handoffs
  • Facilitate new hire check-ins and monitor and share onboarding feedback, supporting a positive candidate and new employee experience
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reporting
  • Build knowledge of local talent markets, recruitment practices, and employment requirements across the regions supported
  • Create and maintain process documentation and communication templates, proactively identifying opportunities to improve and streamline global recruiting processes
  • Participate in special projects for the talent acquisition and human resources teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in global talent acquisition and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year of technical and/or sales recruiting experience
  • Previous experience recruiting for roles across EMEA and APAC; ANZ experience preferred
  • Experience working for a global organization with geographically distributed teams
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and other recruitment software, such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of effective sourcing and recruitment strategies across multiple international markets
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders across regions and time zones
  • General knowledge of employment laws and recruiting practices as they relate to international recruitment
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong computer skills; Google Suite strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry preferred

Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
