Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports all business needs by proactively sourcing and acquiring diverse talent. This role ensures alignment with the company's diversity initiatives and Affirmative Action goals through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Operations/ Administration:

Reviews applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

Review and evaluate applicants against position requirements.

Conduct pre-screening interviews and reference/background checks.

Manage the interview process and coordinate offer letters.

Develop recruitment plans for open positions and fill them efficiently.

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness.

Advertise job openings through various channels and networks

Foster the company’s reputation as an "employer of choice
Campus Recruitment:

Build relationships with colleges to enhance recruitment efforts.

Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and attend career fairs.

Promote internship programs and maintain relationships with past interns.
Diversity Management:

Implement diversity initiatives and support Affirmative Action goals.

Monitor and report on progress towards diversity objectives.
Employment Processes:

Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

Collaborate with HR leaders on staffing benchmarks and metrics.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employment data
