About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Commercial for a 6-month fixed term project (with a possibility of extending cooperation) at Haleon. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the Commercial functions in Poland. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent advisor for hiring managers by understanding their business needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering top talent to the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Commercial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

  • Coordinate the offer process aligned with the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.

  • Drive candidate’s engagement and a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and / or HRBPs.

  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the TA team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

  • Identify and propose simple changes for local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min. 3-4 years of full cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, etc.) in complex organizations; background in recruiting and knowledge of FMCG industry is a strong preference.

  • Strong track of record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs, TA team members).

  • Throughout expertise in developing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
