Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Effectively identify & engage with talent in the market - owning the full TA lifecycle. You'll cover a diverse mix of roles including tech, product, corporate, HR & Go to Market
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders and hiring teams to understand current future needs of the business, advising, consulting and coaching on best-in-class TA processes
  • Work alongside our HRBP's to understand the needs of the business, giving insight and intelligence on the market
  • Expertly source passive talent, and utilise efficient techniques, tools and systems to engage with top talent
  • Leverage data to guide and shape our hiring decisions.
  • Have a drive for process improvement and systems optimisation, demonstrating an ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • We’re passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our candidates!
  • Share your previous experiences in managing the complexities of a global, matrixed organization and highlight your understanding of its nuances.
  • Ideally have experience working in both in house and agency roles, open to considering agency background looking to transition
  • Have a passion for TA as well as the wider tech industry, demonstrating an interest in tech hiring trends, and market intelligence
  • Be able to effectively communicate at all levels, you'll need to be able to engage with senior stakeholders, and work closely with colleagues in the wider people team (HRBPs, People Operations and our Internal Communications team)
  • Be adaptable and able to work with changing priorities and processes
  • Have a team mentality and mindset
