The Role


At iDeals, we’ve experienced rapid growth and expanded our global team 4 times in the past 4 years across 30 locations. With a vision to double the team in size in the next 2–3 years, we’re committed to continuously innovate our Talent Acquisition function. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist based in Ukraine or Poland (remote) to improve and facilitate our processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent experience throughout the candidate journey.


In this role, you will closely collaborate with 20+ members of our Talent Acquisition team across EMEA, APAC and the US. You will conduct thorough analyses to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement, and then work on implementing improvements to streamline our operations. Your thoroughness and analytical mindset will be instrumental in driving efficiency across our Talent function and impacting the business as we scale.


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with TA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and update talent acquisition policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they reflect industry trends and emerging best practices
  • Offer comprehensive support for the internal recruitment database tool, including data entry into the ATS system
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on the candidate and Hiring Manager's feedback and satisfaction
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on talent acquisition metrics
  • Act as a point of contact for technical issues related to recruitment tools, ensuring they are resolved promptly
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition systems and tools with existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal and external recruiters and agencies to facilitate seamless hiring processes
  • Manage internal and external purchase order requests, maintaining a cost-effective approach to recruitment efforts
  • Regularly update and organize useful information related to the Talent Acquisition function through a knowledge management system

What We Look For

  • Strong English proficiency (B2 and higher) in both oral and written communication
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within an international tech or non-tech multinational company
  • Familiarity with recruitment tech stack and tools (ATS etc)
  • Keen tech acumen and agility to learn quickly 
  • High attention to detail with an ability to multitask

Nice To Have

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition processes, including familiarity with key stages, goals, metrics, and success indicators
  • Practical experience in vendor management
