Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is accountable for the governance and execution of recruitment projects and programs. This role requires exceptional team collaboration and will be responsible for delivering in alignment with the company’s overall talent strategy.
Salary Range: $90-110K
This role is 100% remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support and resources to enable recruiters to effectively execute their roles, staying updated on industry trends and technologies
- Determine key stakeholder training needs and build, in conjunction with HR partners, robust reference documents& training initiatives to ensure exceptional and sustainable service across all recruiting processes
- Utilize data analytics to drive performance, recommendations, and efficiencies in the recruitment process
- Ensure best-in-class, equitable recruitment experiences and share future direction of recruitment technology and processes aligned to Talent Acquisition strategy
- Focus on building proactive and nimble recruitment & utilization processes and technology based on innovative insights from the market
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and create action plans
- Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven recruiting scorecard that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of the TA strategy and performance of individual recruiter
- Periodically audits job postings to ensure compliance with departmental SOP’s and local legislation
- Oversee & manage creation and consistent updates to Talent Acquisition department SOP documents
- Owns ATS implementations and/or integrations
- In partnership with the Sr Director, Talent Acquisition & HR team, build and operationalize talent processes and program such as referral programs, compliance and compensation
- Coach, develop, engage and manage direct reports
- Conduct frequent performance feedback and timely performance reviews
Experience Required:
- 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, staffing or HR Project Management
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team
- Recruitment practices, methodologies, technology, and pipeline management
- Working knowledge of recruitment compliance
- Implementation/training on new applicant tracking systems
- Driving teams
- Fair employment and other Federal, State and Local employment laws
- Human Resources practices
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
