Summary of Job Duties:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator supports efficient, accurate, and compliant recruiting operations through reporting, workflow monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvement. The position tracks hiring activity from requisition through pre-employment, identifies delays and risks, coordinates follow-up, and provides clear operational updates to stakeholders.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning

  • At least two years of experience in human resources, recruiting, operations, project coordination, reporting, or a related field

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or operational metrics

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience using Workday or another HRIS system

  • Experience using TDX, JIRA, or similar ticket-management systems 

  • Experience coordinating multi-step workflows across multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in higher education or the public sector

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Ability to develop, analyze, and communicate reports, dashboards, and operational metrics

  • Ability to coordinate multi-step workflows across multiple stakeholders and follow outstanding actions through resolution

  • Ability to identify operational risks, determine when escalation is needed, and provide concise status information to the Director 

  • Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
