Job Responsibilities:
Manage the global staffing vendor partnerships; evaluating new and current vendors to identify the agencies that have the capability to meet the needs of Flowserve. Including but not limited to requirement gathering, contract details and maintaining proper documentation
Responsible for managing the global leadership assessment process, creating leadership assessment projects, launching new assessment projects and tracking active projects
Maintain partner relationship with vendor consultant representative, understanding and utilizing the assessment analytics tool
Manage global Employee Referral Bonus Program; collecting and submitting data for program change requests and making updates to program documentation
Responsible for managing the global background screening program; communicate background screening progress for requests; review and complete pending adjudications for company required reviews.
Ensuring agency and advertising vendor information is included in the Master Data Governance system along maintaining and updating vendor informaton as needed
Take ownership of help desk case management for the Talent Acquisitions Operations team
Manage invoicing for recruitment fees, advertising vendors and recruitment support to ensure correct processing through the payment system
Responsible for ensuring global agency spend tracking and reporting is completed quarterly
Responsible for global candidate reimbursement process; collect candidate and reimbursement information; submit required documents for processing and monthly reconciliation on expenses
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR Operations experience
Ability to build sustainable relationships with business leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Human Resources disciplines
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience supporting global programs
