What You’ll Do
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for nursing roles—from sourcing and screening to offer and pre-boarding preparation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive, seamless experience.
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to nursing leadership, providing insights and strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Collaborate with HR partners and internal teams to deliver an elevated candidate experience that sets UHS apart.
- Champion innovation in recruitment practices.
- Work a hybrid model supporting on-site engagement as well as remote flexibility.

What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience:
Minimum Required:
- Associate's degree
- OR
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of human resources, recruitment, or related experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Two (2) years of previous recruitment experience in healthcare
- Workday Experience
License/Certification:
Preferred:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or equivalent
