We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment MTO who will be instrumental in managing various facets of our recruitment process. In this role, you’ll dive into resume screening, conduct phone screenings, schedule and even take interviews, write detailed candidate assessments, and build comprehensive candidate profiles for our clients. What You'll Do:Resume Screening: Meticulously review and evaluate candidate resumes to identify top talent.
Phone Screening: Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fit and gauge interest.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct Interviews: Actively participate in the interview process, taking a hands-on approach to evaluate candidates.
Candidate Assessments: Write thorough assessments based on interviews and candidate interactions.
Profile Building: Create detailed candidate profiles and maintain accurate records for client presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Educational Background: A completed graduation is required.
Recruitment Passion: Eagerness to learn all aspects of recruitment and build your career in talent acquisition.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and team members.

Contract Duration: 3 months (with a strong possibility of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance).
Compensation: PKR 40,000 per month.
