What You'll Do

  • Handle Full-Cycle Recruitment
    You'll own the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring new hires have a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Leverage Offshore Expertise
    Put your 2+ years of offshore recruiting experience to good use by finding top talent across borders and time zones. You'll keep our pipeline full and help tackle any hurdles that come with global hiring.

  • Build Strong Relationships
    You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand the unique needs of every role. Your insights on hiring trends and candidate markets will help us stand out.

  • Deliver Great Candidate Experiences
    We want every candidate to leave with a positive impression of our process. You will be the friendly face (or voice) of AirTeams, ensuring people feel valued and informed throughout.

  • Optimize and Innovate
    You will maintain our Applicant Tracking System, track key hiring metrics, and suggest new ways to make our recruitment process smoother and more effective.

  • Boost Our Brand
    Get creative with job ads and social media posts that show off AirTeams' culture. We want to attract talent that is as excited about startups as we are.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of offshore recruiting experience (hiring across countries and time zones)
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment including writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Experience maintaining an Applicant Tracking System and tracking key hiring metrics
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners to define hiring needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; candidate and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience creating job ads and social media content to promote employer brand
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, takes ownership, comfortable building processes from scratch
  • Collaborative team player
