Job DescriptionTA Manager is involved in entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing talent through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from attraction to onboarding, for all Operations teams. Identifies and engages with top talent, conducting thorough interviews and providing guidance on the interview process. Additionally, analyzes the labor market, tracks recruitment metrics, and continuously improves recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
Job Duties
- Plan, develop and implement TA strategy.
- Take ownership and manage TA lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels.
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment, and on-boarding processes.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
- Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders, e.g., market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
- Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions, the quality of hires and provide data to key stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor budget for TA activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs.
- Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures.
- Optimize process workflows efficiently.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.
- Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful.
- Secure TA team’s competence and high-performance standards.
- 2+ years proven hands on experience in talent acquisition on senior position, preferably in a large company.
- Higher education in business administration or another related field.
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal.
- Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
- Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data.
- Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools.
- Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience of leading the projects
