About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design and execution of talent acquisition initiatives across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring relationships are established and maintained with hiring managers, candidates, recruitment agencies and other sources of talent. With the support of the Talent Acquisition team, the role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions at Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand along with all Talent Acquisition value-add activities
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management Business Partnering

  • Build strong business partnerships with hiring managers to understand their individual recruitment needs


  • Provide proactive talent solutions for hiring managers for upcoming resource needs or current vacancies


  • Promote the internal recruitment function to ensure it is always a first port of call for hiring managers' resourcing needs


  • Own and manage all reporting routines and recruitment update routines with hiring managers


  • Own relationships with recruitment agencies including scheduling a leading the annual review process


Continuous Improvement

  • Review and improve current recruitment process and procedures


  • Leverage current resourcing tools (SEEK, LinkedIn) and recommend additional , cost effective channels ( eg. Social media) to enhance talent attraction


  • Management and promotion of current employee referral scheme and other Talent Acquisition related programs


  • Develop Initiatives to that support delivery of First Year Retention, Turnover, Female Participation and D&I


  • Seek opportunities to automate and streamline the recruitment process.


Recruitment Systems and Processes

  • Continuous and accurate maintenance of talent pools


  • Accurate and timely input of candidate/job data and ongoing maintenance of candidate details and application progress


  • Ensure Kraft Heinz recruitment process is followed by all recruitment agencies, those on a PSA, to prevent duplicate submissions, unsolicited submissions or ambiguity.


  • Participate in the tender processes for 3PL and other recruitment partners


Graduate /Early Careers Recruitment

  • Manage all recruitment activities for our International Management Trainee Graduate Program and Manufacturing Graduate Program across Australia and New Zealand.


  • Lead University Relations hips , Careers Fairs, DI&B and Employer Branding activities as it relates to Talent Acquisition


Experience and Skills

  • Prior experience with ATS or HRIS systems (such as Workday, Success Factors, PageUp ) and Recruitment Tools (such as SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed)


  • Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or similar industries


  • Experience working on Talent Acquisition value add and strategic initiatives


  • 3 to 5 years' progressive experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, either in agency or in-house


  • High attention to detail and ability to work to set timeframes in all aspects of work


  • Consistently maintain a strong customer service approach with internal stakeholders and external candidates


  • Ability to quickly establish relationships to partner with the business
