What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted talent advisor by translating business priorities, workforce needs, and market insights into thoughtful, practical recruiting strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership through proactive communication, sound judgment, and data-informed recommendations.
- Lead recruiting delivery across assigned business areas, ensuring hiring strategies are aligned to business needs, candidate expectations, and Huron’s commitment to excellence.
- Coach, guide, and develop recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources by creating clarity, providing feedback, and helping team members grow their advisory and execution skills.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment where individuals feel supported, accountable, and empowered to do their best work.
- Use recruiting data, market intelligence, capacity insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
- Support workload planning, prioritization, escalation management, process consistency, and operating rhythms that enable the team to deliver with focus and quality.
- Champion a candidate experience that reflects Huron’s values, professionalism, and commitment to respect, transparency, and inclusion.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen talent advisory capability, recruiting operations, employment brand, reporting discipline, and hiring manager enablement.
Requirements
- Current U.S. work authorization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Eight to ten years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, professional services organization, consulting environment, or executive search firm required.
- Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or directly managing recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources.
- A consultative talent advisory mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, interpret recruiting data, communicate market insights, and recommend solutions that support business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with stakeholders, influence through insight, manage competing priorities, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting experienced-level, leadership, professional services, consulting, or specialized recruiting needs.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success developing others, creating clarity across competing priorities, and elevating the effectiveness of a recruiting team.
- Interest in contributing to broader Talent Acquisition priorities, including process improvement, reporting, employment branding, hiring manager enablement, and recruiter capability building.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000-$150,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $132,000-$180,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
