Our Team

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and people-focused professional who is dedicated to attracting and hiring exceptional talent while delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in supporting the Resort’s workforce strategy by partnering with leaders across the organization to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract high-caliber candidates who align with the Four Seasons culture and values.

Success in this role depends on strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building. We are most effective when we work together as one team, respecting each other’s contributions and working collectively to create an exceptional employee experience from the very first point of contact.

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager Provides support and clerical expertise to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

  •  Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.

  • Maintain and update all computer records.

  • Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

  • Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring

  • College education preferred

  • Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization.

  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment.

  • Ability to read and speak and write English.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time: Including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities based on operational requirements.
