Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams.

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You will: 

  • Be responsible for managing exceptional end-to-end recruitment processes with the candidate experience at its heart, and continuously optimize this flow to ensure that we always attract the right talent. (We have an all rounder recruiter approach, so you could be looking for the next-gen AMBOSSians for medical, tech and product, commercial, and general and administrative teams.)
  • Take our sourcing game to it’s next level. We are a niche company with niche hiring needs, so you would need to get creative reaching talent. 
  • Lead exceptional communication flows and build strong working relationships with our stakeholders and become their sparring partner in all aspects related to recruiting. You will challenge decisions and advise, as well as you learn from them and develop.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the team’s and our company’s overall success.

You bring: 

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Hands-on, 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment 
  • Passion to identify and attract talent via creative channels and active sourcing
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (German is huge plus)
